Hi Friends, as the “back to back” conversations start, and the hope/expectation of a prolonged Norwood v North Ringwood rivalry gather, we can reflect on the significant change that lies ahead. Dynamics in groups change, and the loss of Brett is significant. As Brett alluded to in his last training session, here is the chance to form a lifelong bond – it is done. Change is a constant in our lives also.

Change in our lives can include relationship changes, workplace changes, changes to our health or those around us, and as people we are constantly evolving and re-assessing. Those who are married will agree that relationships change over years, and it is imperative that we are prepared for these changes. Some changes can cause us significant distress also, so please be mindful of events in your life that may trigger stuff for you, and reach out to seek support.
